01
Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Origoo Lab ("Origoo," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit origoo.org, connect a wallet, create or trade a token on any chain we support, or otherwise use the Origoo interface.
Origoo Lab is responsible for the information handled through services under its control, and can be reached at contact@origoo.org. The Origoo interface is noncustodial — we don't hold your private keys or assets, and we don't sign transactions on your behalf, on any chain.
02
What we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the interface. A public wallet address or transaction can sometimes count as personal information if it can be linked back to an identifiable person.
- Wallet and on-chain activity: public wallet addresses, signatures, transaction hashes, balances, and liquidity or order activity visible on the relevant blockchain — including which chain a given transaction was made on.
- Content you submit: token names, symbols, descriptions, images, and links you attach to a launch, plus any profile information you provide.
- Communications you send us, including your email address and the content of your message.
- Device and network information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and general diagnostic or security logs.
- Usage information about how the interface is navigated and how it performs.
- Local settings stored by your browser or wallet tooling, such as theme preference, selected chain, and wallet session state.
03
Where it comes from
We get information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from the public blockchain networks the Platform connects to, and from the service providers that support the Platform — wallets, RPC providers, indexers, block explorers, and similar infrastructure. Because Origoo is multi-chain, some of this infrastructure differs by network.
04
How we use it
- To provide and improve token discovery, launch, trading, and analytics features across supported chains.
- To connect wallets, verify signatures, and prepare the transactions you request.
- To review submitted content for spam, fraud, or other abuse.
- To respond to support requests and other communications.
- To monitor reliability, diagnose issues, and understand usage patterns.
- To protect Origoo, our users, and the public from security threats and misuse.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
05
Legal bases for processing
Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on the need to provide the service you've asked for, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Platform, your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations. You can withdraw consent where processing depends on it, though that may affect whether some features keep working.
06
Blockchain data is public by design
Public blockchains are transparent by design. Wallet addresses, transactions, and contract events you generate through the Platform may remain permanently visible through the relevant network, explorers, and independent indexers — on whichever chain the activity took place.
Origoo cannot edit, hide, or delete information once it has been written to a public blockchain. Disconnecting your wallet or sending us a privacy request does not remove prior on-chain activity.
07
Who we share information with
Origoo does not sell personal information. We share information with the vendors that help us run the Platform — for example, hosting, content delivery, wallet connectivity, blockchain RPC access, indexing, and market-data providers — who process it under their own terms or on our behalf.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of Origoo or our users, to investigate suspected abuse, or in connection with a merger or similar business transaction. Anything you post publicly or write to the blockchain may be visible to anyone.
08
Wallets and other third-party services
Wallets, blockchain networks, and other services you reach through or alongside Origoo are independent from us, and we don't control their security or privacy practices. Review a third-party service's own privacy terms before you share information with it.
09
Local storage and session state
Origoo and the infrastructure we rely on may use local storage or similar browser technology to remember your preferences (including your selected chain), keep a wallet session active, and help secure the interface. You can clear this storage through your browser settings, though doing so may reset some preferences. We do not use this data for targeted advertising.
10
How long we keep it
We keep off-chain information only as long as reasonably necessary to run the Platform, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. How long varies by the type of data — for example, we may retain support communications until a request is resolved and for a reasonable period afterward. Anything written to a public blockchain or to decentralized storage can persist indefinitely and is outside our control.
11
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect the systems we control, but no online service, wallet, or smart contract can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Origoo will never ask you for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet password — if something about your interaction with Origoo looks like a security risk, email contact@origoo.org.
12
Where information is processed
Origoo and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one you live in, which can have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
13
Your choices and rights
To make a privacy request, email contact@origoo.org with enough detail — such as a wallet or email address — for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify who you are before completing a request, and we won't treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
- Use public parts of the interface without connecting a wallet, where a wallet isn't required.
- Disconnect your wallet and clear local browser storage at any time.
- Avoid putting personal information into token metadata, profile fields, or public links.
- Depending on where you live, ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold off-chain.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent, where those rights apply to you.
Because Origoo has no ability to alter public blockchain records, these rights apply only to information we hold off-chain.
14
United States disclosures
Origoo does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information in ways that would trigger a right to limit under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. Residents of some states may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to appeal a denied request — send these requests to contact@origoo.org.
15
Children
The Platform is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact contact@origoo.org.
16
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Platform or applicable law changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in effect, and we'll try to flag material changes through the interface.
